SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: Flat rate shipping charge of $5.00.

Free Shipping: All orders of $125 or more receives free shipping.

Shipping time is dependent on which fulfillment center the product is housed at. This could range from 1-14 days. You also may receive your items in multiple packages.

Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Local Pick Up Policy: I wanted to take a moment and talk about Local Pickup Orders. They have been more frequent recently, which has brought up questions and I’m hoping having this as a reference to come back to will help. I will pin it to the top of this page but you can always find this information on our website!

1. We offer Local Pickup for anyone in our area that would like to take advantage of picking up instead of shipping. Because we work out of several fulfillment centers, you still will have to wait the shipping time to get your order, so unless stated we have the item on hand your shipment time is usually 3-14 days depending on what warehouse it is coming from and shipping time from the chosen carrier.

2. When your order has arrived we will EMAIL you with the address we have on file to schedule a pickup. We always ask for at least 24 hours from the time you want to schedule. There are times we can make arrangements sooner, but cannot always accommodate under 24 hours. Please look for a confirmation reply from us after you schedule.

3. Your order will be ready for you in the designated area confirmed in the email for you. If you cannot make the day you scheduled, no worries just send us a message when you want to reschedule.

4. Because our system sometimes overlap’s confirmations when shipping out, disregard any email of pickup confirmations except the one saying your order is ready to be picked up and scheduled. I have tried to work with our back end website tracking system to alleviate this, but it’s a work in progress. If you reach out to us via chat please allow time for us to respond.
